Our ideal candidates:

• People with experience in food service as well as a cooperative and dynamic work environment. Those who enjoy cooking, gardening, grocery shopping, coffee, and conversation will have a leg up.

• Those who are curious, customer-service oriented, detail oriented, adaptable, and self-motivated.

• Have open availability. Most staff work a mix of open/mid/closing shifts. Agricole is open 80 hours per week and ≈ 360 days per year.

General roles and responsibilities:

Cashier - assist customers and facilitate transactions at the register

Barista - offer an elevated experience through thoughtfully crafted espresso and tea drinks

Merchandise Flow - order, receive, and process goods from local farmers and artisans
